Exhibitor Information - BASHCon XXVIII
We look for excellent vendors and artists from across the country to showcase items that bring entertainment to many people, that inspire the imaginations of children and adults alike, and promote the BASHCon Dream: to bring gaming, and its fantastic culture, to the masses.
If you are a potential exhibitor interested in setting up shop at BASHCon, or a con attendee looking for whether your favorite exhibitor will be at the convention, you're in the right place. Information and rates are on this page, as well as in the terms and application packet downloadable below.

General Information
BASHCon draws close to 1,200 attendees annually, the majority of whom are young, middle class males age 18-35. Among the many fantastic events, BASHCon also features a full-service traderoom floor, populated by exhibitors and vendors of various wares for purchase by attendees. Reserving space in our Exhibitors' Hall is an excellent way to get your products and services directly to our unique demographic and promote your business.
In addition, Exhibitors at BASHCon XXVIII receive discounts on our Sponsorship/Advertising packages. Exhibitors must prepay for both their spaces and their sponsorship package by the Sponsorship/Advertising deadline of January 7, 2013, to receive these discounts. Loading/Unloading and Exhibitors' Hall Hours
BASHCon XXVIII volunteers will be on-site and available to help with the loading and unloading of Exhibitor wares prior to the opening and after the closing of the convention, as detailed below. Please note that BASHCon XXVIII, UT-BASH, and its volunteers cannot be held liable for damage or losses to persons or property during the loading/unloading of Exhibitor wares.
Hours of operation for this year's Exhibitors' Hall are also listed below; please be prepared to staff your space during these hours.

Unloading/Setup (volunteers present): 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Exhibitors Hall Open: 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Convention Open: 5 p.m. – midnight - Saturday, February 16, 2013
Exhibitors Hall Open: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Convention Open: 9 a.m. – midnight - Sunday, February 17, 2013
Exhibitors Hall Open: 10 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Convention Open: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Loading/Tear Down (volunteers present) 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Deadlines and Early Bird Discounts
Exhibitors who pay by our Early Bird Deadline of January 7, 2013, to receive discounts on their space as outlined below. All payment for space in our Exhibitors' Hall will be due before the unloading of your wares can begin. Furthermore, tables will only be considered reserved after payment has been confirmed. Sending in an application alone does not reserve your space! See the information packet above for more information.
Convention Guide Listing
All Exhibitors will be listed in our convention guide with a description of the wares or services available as provided by the Exhibitor. We reserve the right to edit these descriptions for content, clarity, and length. Submitting a description is not mandatory, but can help to steer attendees toward your display.
In addition, Exhibitors may provide a logo for inclusion in the convention guide adjacent to their description. Logos and descriptions of services should be sent to exhibitors@bashcon.com; logo files should be at least 300 dpi for best appearances in our guide.

($90 Early Bird Rate / $100 Standard Rate)

- Exhibitor Description of up to fifty (50) words in convention guide
- Two Tables
($180 Early Bird Rate / $200 Standard Rate)
- Two standard 8' x 2.5' tables
- Fifteen percent (15%) discount on sponsorship/advertising packages
- Two (2) complimentary weekend passes to BASHCon XXVIII
- Exhibitor Description of up to sixty (60) words in convention guide
- Three Tables
($270 Early Bird Rate / $300 Regular Rate)
- Three standard 8' x 2.5' tables
- Twenty percent (20%) discount on sponsorship/advertising packages
- Three (3) complimentary weekend passes to BASHCon XXVIII
- Exhibitor Description of up to seventy-five (75) words in convention guide
- Four Tables
($360 Early Bird Rate / $400 Regular Rate)
- Four standard 8' x 2.5' tables
- Twenty-five percent (25%) discount on sponsorship/advertising packages
- Four (4) complimentary weekend passes to BASHCon XXVIII
- Exhibitor Description of up to one hundred (100) words in convention guide
Due to the exceedingly high demand and quickly-diminishing supply of spaces in our Exhibitors' Hall, we have made the uncomfortable decision to increase the price per table by $20 in effort to allow more exhibitors the opportunity to open shop with us. BASHCon is not, and never will be, about monetary profit for it's own sake; however, we feel it is in the best interests of BASHCon to encourage our exhibitors to purchase less space in order to allow for a wider variety of crafts and merchandise by being able to support more artists and vendors.
