BASHCon draws close to 1,200 attendees annually, the majority of whom are young, middle class males age 18-35. Sponsorship is a great way to reach this niche market, whether your organization is a national chain looking to reinforce your brand or a local establishment offering products and services of interest to convention-goers from out of town.
We accept both cash and in-kind contributions, as appropriate. If your organization has services or products you feel would make for a good in-kind exchange, please contact us at coordinator@bashcon.com. We are eager to explore such opportunities for partnership.

The deadline for sponsorship packages is January 11. Sponsorship applications received after the deadline will be dealt with on an ad-hoc basis. Please ensure ample time for the mailing of your sponsorship.
